1. Don't think about grammer : Grammar is essential for written English. If you are attending in an exam than you need to concentrate on grammar. Think about the kids who are native in English. They do not learn grammar for first 5 to 6 years when they start talking. They just practice again and again by listening from their parents and family.
If they can speak, why not you! so keep practicing avoiding the panic of grammar.
2. Practice More and More : When a baby born, he don't know what is his mother language and how to speak. He learn speaking by practicing more and more. Parents helps him to learn, they speak in front of him again and again in every environment. This helps a baby to learn a new language in few days though he did not learn a single work of that specific language. So we must have to practice with proper motivation and environment.
3. Listening Environment : Listen recorded audio or video's more and more. But you should take care of listening environment must. Some people practice listening in closed room for getting cool and clam environment. But we should not practice in silent room only.
Because in real life you won't get clam and quite environment always. You may have to listen in an environment where some people people are talking, some are speaking loudly and few singing also. Whisper, Noise, Gossip all are going around you and so real life listening will be more harder if you not practice in noisy place also.
4. Resources We Should Use : When often we ask our seniors, what kind of audio clips or videos we should listen. They suggest us to see English movies, drama and songs. But in movies they use high quality music system and sound. As a learner we can not figure out maximum words from music or movies.
So we must have to practice something very easy. In new language we are just like a new born baby. We have to start learning like as baby. How a baby start learning? Their parent repeat very easy words again and again and they try to speak as their parents speaking. Sometimes parents tell very funny story and jokes with very slow motion. This helps them to understand and memories the common words easily. So my advice for practicing listening , you should hear children story from story book.

5. Listen and Write Together : We should practice listening and writing together, this will ensure better practice of our brain. When we try to write something, our brain works maximum by forcing its cells. When we listen, our brain captures this first, and in the next moment it also being forced to deliver the exact thing again. So if we listen and write togther, this will help us to practice better then any other technique.
6. Be Shameless - Speak More : If you wanna improve your speaking than you must have to leave your shame. Must have to speak more, even you speak totally wrong sentences. You have to carry on. Improvement comes gradually. If you do not start today, you never will able to reach in your goal. If you can speak 10 sentence by practicing 10 months, this is your asset. But if you do not start, you never will able to speak 5 line even.
7. Learn Phrases : Try to learn sentences, it can be short or long. Phrases are good examples that will help you to improve your speaking.
If we learn 5 words and than try to form a sentence, we have to learn grammar and have to learn sentence formation also. But if we learn a sentence, then we can avoid sentence formation problem.
We know a sentence basically forms with 3 to 5 words at least. If we learn a sentence , we will learn 3 or 5 words spontaneously. So we should emphasize to learn new sentences always. This will ensure better speaking for us.
Final Verdict : We learn thousands of words from our childhood. But we can not speak 5 to 10 sentences properly. The reason behind this is low confident and emphasize on grammar. When we try to form a sentence , we first think about grammar. But we have to leave this habit.
